I use this app almost every night

I have been wearing earplugs to sleep for years now as any little noise usually wakes me up and struggle to fall back asleep.
I found this app and decided to try it instead of the earplugs. I like the rain sound and it works like magic. It provides such a pleasant white noise that is so easy to sleep to and it blocks out bothersome noise.
Be warned that the rain sound can incorporate in to your dreams and you might think you are very cold because of heavy rains, dream of a great flood, etc
I listen to the River sound now :D
